National Institute of Veterinary Research (NIVR) was established on January 8th , 1969 belonging to Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Over 35 years of establishment and development, NIVR has become a prosperous institute with many equipments and powerful human resource. Although NIVR has been operating under difficult conditions, the institute has been functioning well all its assignments providing useful information for prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases in animals in Vietnam.
